Ed Sheeran fans based in NSW will be delighted to look at their calendars this month, as the singer himself will be in Sydney from March 24-26! So what will the concert feature? And what Sydney holiday accommodation should you book?
Ed Sheeran's 2015 tour of Australia and New Zealand is the largest he has done in the region yet. It features 17 different nights in eight cities, from Perth to Christchurch, and every major city in between.
Here's an interesting fact: Sheeran will be the first musician to perform a national headline arena tour completely solo in ... wait for it ... 20 years! He has been fair on ticket prices, too, only charging AU$99 for a seat - no matter which.
"Ed wanted to ensure that his shows were accessible to all of his fans," said head of Frontier Touring Michael Gudinski. "It's incredibly rare these days to have all tickets at one price in arena venues but Ed wanted to make it happen."

In Sydney specifically, Qantas Credit Union Arena is conveniently located for all fans to arrive without hassle. For example, those who choose to book a room at Mantra on Kent are within easy walking distance to the front gates. Just cut through Tumbalong Park and you'll arrive within less than 15 minutes.
Alternatively, if you need to be near the ferries at Circular Quay, Mantra 2 Bond Street might be more convenient. If this is the case, to get to the arena all you need do is hop on a bus on George Street and alight just south at Hay Street. If you don't mind the walk, however, it'd only be around 30 minutes.
So to see Ed Sheeran in his fourth adventure to Australia, supported by special guests Jamie Lawson and Conrad Sewell, make sure you've got your hotel room booked!
